We provide a virtual ‘IT staff’ when hiring a full-time staff is not within your payroll budget. We are highly trained, respond quickly, and provide great service to our partners. We can assist with implementing a new network or managing your existing network.
Working Process
This is a relationship and we have to approach it as such. During our initial interviews, we will assist you in determining your company’s IT needs. Together, we will determine if King Street Technology is the right fit for your company and vice versa.
When we assemble a plan to implement network, device, and cybersecurity management, there are minimum security frameworks that King Street Technology will require. An example is multi-factor authentication (MFA). This is for your security as well as our protection. We do not want to make the 6 o’clock news together.
You will work closely with one of our qualified IT solution architects. We will define every step from initial meeting to final implementation followed up with Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly updates depending on chosen plan.
